Design and construction of LASEMA emergency fire response unit and hostel, Epe branch.

In a bid to reduce the delay in responding to emergency situations, and salvage lives and properties within the “Golden hour”; The Lagos State Government contracted Craneburg to build LASEMA emergency response unit in Epe.
Craneburg is responsible for the design and construction of the two blocks; the fire station and staff hostel. The fire station will be built to modern standard will have 5 garages for housing fire engines, storage space for equipment, a meeting room, 26 admin office spaces. While the Hostel will contain 20 ensuit bedrooms, for shift fire-fighters, admin office, a reception area, a lobby, clinic, pharmacy, toilets, canteen and kitchen. The facility will also be equipped with a borehole to refill tankers and supply water to the male and female washroom.
